      Refund policy

      Return / Exchange Policy:

      1) Millennial does offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase, however, in an effort to keep our pricing low, Millennial does not cover shipping costs.  Discounted items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged.

      2) Simply package your original, new item(s) and send via USPS to:

      3) We recommend adding a tracking number so you have Proof of Delivery.

      4) Add a note inside the box labeled RETURN or EXCHANGE.  If exchanging, also include the new size you would like to receive.  Please do not label "RETURN" if the item was purchased at a discount, those items are EXCHANGE only items.

      5) Upon receiving your item(s), Millennial will process your return or exchange.  If you have not received your refund or replacement within 7 days, please contact your Millennial Team at team@millennial.com

      6) For returns and exchanges, original shipping costs are non-refundable and the maximum dollar amount per year, per customer is $150.00.  If an order received free shipping, any returns would have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.  Exchanges will incur a replacement shipping charge.  This shipping charge will be emailed for payment before the replacement item(s) are sent.  Once the payment is complete, your replacement item(s) will be shipped.
